Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Handyman & Maintenance Services

At The Hooked Handyman, we stand behind our work and aim to provide dependable, high-quality handyman and maintenance services. Please review our refund policy below.

Service Fees & Labor

  • Service call fees, diagnostic fees, and labor charges are non-refundable once services have been performed.

  • Time spent on-site, travel time, and completed labor are billable regardless of outcome.

Completed Work

  • Refunds are not issued for completed services that were performed as agreed.

  • If a workmanship issue arises related directly to our labor, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it at no additional cost.

Maintenance Plans / Subscriptions

  • Monthly or annual maintenance plan fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

  • Unused visits, hours, or benefits do not roll over and are not eligible for refunds.

  • Maintenance plans may be canceled at any time; cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.

Materials & Parts

  • Materials purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once ordered or installed.

  • Special-order or custom materials cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may sacrifice their service appointment.

  • No-show appointments (no-one home)are non-refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our workmanship:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of service completion.

  • We will inspect the issue and, if it is related to our labor, provide a correction when possible.

  • Refunds are issued only at management’s discretion and only if a correction cannot reasonably be made.
