Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). By enrolling, you authorize automatic payments until the subscription is cancelled. Subscriptions include only the services outlines in the selected plan. Any work outside the scope of the plan, additional labor time, materials, specialty trades, or emergency services may incur additional charges and will be quoted or billed separately. Unused visits, service calls, or labor time do not roll over unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, material availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Service availability may vary by location. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the current billing period. This subscription is not a warranty, insurance policy, or replacement for major repairs or licensed specialty work (Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), unless otherwise specified. This subscription does not include any sort of issues occurring from weather requiring an insurance claim.
